S2U is a digital companion that turns the stress of complex official mail into simple, translated summaries. Our goal was to replace bureaucratic anxiety with confidence, empowering migrants to handle their own letters with peace of mind instead of confusion.

Migrants often face high situational stress when receiving official letters in a foreign language. The combination of complex legal terms (Amtssprache) and strict deadlines creates a barrier to successful integration and financial stability.

To address bureaucratic anxiety, we created S2U, an intelligent filter designed to stand between the person and the state. Our solution goes beyond literal translation by translating meaning; we use AI to strip away dense legal jargon, providing a clear, one-sentence overview that anyone can understand. By instantly surfacing the Big Three: what a letter is, what needs to be done, and when the deadline is. The interface highlights only what truly matters, ensuring critical tasks are never missed. Ultimately, we replaced the stress of a chaotic pile of papers with a structured digital archive and automatic reminders. This transforms an overwhelming burden into an organized, manageable path, giving user the clarity and independence to handle their new lives with confidence.
