In Woolly Warfare, you play as a llama in a busy petting zoo. As tourists flood in, eager to pet you, the llama isn't happy about it. To stay clean, the llama has to keep the visitors at bay by spitting. You can choose from three active spitting patterns and must time your spits to keep the visitors away. The game is divided into rounds. With each round, the tourists become more persistent, getting closer after each spit. The challenge increases with each round, testing your accuracy and timing.

Gameplay

As with all casual mobile games, we tried to make the gameplay mechanics as easy to grasp as possible. Upon starting the game, you can first shear the llama once a day to earn coins. Those coins can be used to buy new attack patterns in the store. During the game, three selected patterns can be tactically used to defend the arriving people. Powerful attacks also include a cooldown for balancing reasons.

Assets

All assets in voxel-artstyle (including llama, trees, tourists, …) were made by ourselves with the program MagicaVoxel. The background music was AI-generated by Suno AI and the sound effects were taken from Freesound.

We are currently working to get the game to the App Store and Play Store. As this process is quite tedious, it may still take a while. You can find the TestFlight link for the iOS version down below.
