Description
Give 'em hell!
Normally it's good versus evil, but here the tables are turned.
In No Time To Explain you play a small but powerful time demon who has never abused or even used his power. Nevertheless, God and Lucifer fear you so much that they banish you to the deepest levels of Lucifer's castle in hell and try to rob you of your powers. But they are only half successful, which is why strange time conditions now reign around you and you do not have much longer to live.
A terrible rage flares up in you, driven by incomprehension and hatred. This is the moment when you become "evil". You have nothing else on your mind but revenge, which is why you go on a rampage in hell. Now it's up to you to devour and wipe out as many souls as you can to bring fear and chaos to hell before your life time runs out. Time's ticking...
Controls
It's a turn-based combat where the enemies only move when you do.

How to play
Movement
You always spawn in the same room, on the same field with the same enemies.
Your goal is to harvest as many souls as possible. How do you do that?
Simple! You jump onto the enemies to instantly kill them. But be aware, hell has a lot of souls, and therefore new ones are instantly getting spawned on the corresponding pentagram field.
But be careful: The souls fight back. Each one got their own special attack pattern. Once you get into range for one of them to attack you, they are gonna ready an attack. You now have to move out to avoid the attack. If you manage to get out, they will jump onto the tile you stood in last. And if you don't manage... well, find it out yourself!
Goal
In total there are 12 Pre done rooms. The first and last one are always the same, but between them the game can generate between 0 and 4 extra rooms randomly. So for example, if you're lucky, you can get to the last room really quickly and finish the level instantly.
To finish a level, you have to reach the last room and step onto the green-ish demon portal tile.
Once you do that, the game is going to add your current harvested souls and remaining time into your score, and a new level is gonna be generated.
NOTE: Only if you complete a level you will increase your score. So it's "High Risk, High Reward". If you decide to take a safe route, you will maybe not get as many souls and therefore a really high score, but you will get the score for sure. If you decide to go high risk, it's harder to get a score at all, but you'll get way more points.
Happy demon slaughtering!
