This is a shop concept for Vienna based company Hut & Stiel, which is a producer of premium edible mushrooms for the Viennese hospitality industry. This sustainable mushroom cultivation is redesigned with a new product range. Customers can experience the craftmanship hands-on in the production facilites. The market area provides mushrooms and accessories for home use. Enjoy a cup of coffe in cosy atmosphere atmosphere. The master thesis covers also fields like material engineering, corporate design and UX design. Several experiments with mycelium were made to create a mushroom-based material for planting pots, lamp housings and dishes.
