The task was to create a modern redesign of a design classic. The lounge character of the piece of furniture, which was designed by Michel Boyer in 1971, was to be retained. Finally, the material and the tubes of the cantilever chair were changed. These became more organic and tapered in some places. The modern version was equipped with armrests and color-coordinated with a more modern environment.
