That's me!

That’s me! is a human experience application tool that connects people who suffer from dementia with their family. Its simple and easy-to-use interface offers the patients two main options: On one side, they can read personal information about themselves such as their hobbies, journeys or see their family tree. On the other side, there are multiple games available to stimulate their minds such as painting, listening to their favourite music, or doing quizzes about their family and friends. The importance of exercising the brain with these kind of activities has been scientifically proven, since it improves the cognitive stimulation to delay the symptoms of the dementia.
